IT HAS BEEN NOTICED AND IT IS THE PUBLIC MEETING REGARDING THIS YEAR'S DRAFT FISCAL YEAR 2023 TO 2027 TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM. AND WE HAVE DR.

THIS TIME OF THE YEAR TO PASS AS TRANSPORTATION IMPLEMENT A PROGRAM.

ACTUALLY, IT'S AN ANNUAL ROUTINE PROCESS FOR THE BROWARD MPO.

YOU MAY WONDER WHAT IS TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM? TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM IS A FIVE YEAR PROGRAM, INCLUDING PRODUCTS THAT AS A REGION EXPECTED TO BUILD OVER THE NEXT FIVE YEARS.

THOSE PRODUCTS INCLUDE TRANSIT, RAIL, HIGHWAY, AIR, SEAPORT, AS WELL AS BICYCLE, PEDESTRIAN, AND FREIGHT RELATED PRODUCTS.

TODAY, I'M PRESENTING TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023 TO 2027.

YOU MIGHT HAVE HEARD THE BROWARD MPO CORE PRODUCTS FOR MANY TIMES.

TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM IS ONE OF THE CORE PRODUCTS.

THE OTHER CORE PRODUCTS ALSO INCLUDE TRANSPORTATION, METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION PLAN, MULTI-MODAL PRIORITY LIST, UNIFIED PLANNING WORK PROGRAM, STRATEGIC BUSINESS PLAN AND PUBLIC PARTICIPATION PLAN.

THIS SLIDE SHOWS BROWARD MPO'S PLANNING PROCESS BY FOLLOWING FEDERAL LAW THE BROWARD MPO UPDATES METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION PLAN EVERY FIVE YEARS.

BY FOLLOWING STATE LAW THE BROWARD MPO UPDATES MULTIMODAL PRIORITY LIST AND THE TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM ANNUALLY.

BY FOLLOWING FEDERAL AND STATE LAW THE BROWARD MPO CREATED THIS TIP DEVELOPMENT PROCESS.

BY FOLLOWING THIS TYPE DEVELOPMENT PROCESS, THE BROWARD MPO PREPARES TIP DOCUMENT, KICKS OFF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD HOSTS PUBLIC MEETINGS AND AT LAST TAC CAC AND THE BOARD OVERRULES THE TIP. THE BROWARD MPO SENDS THE APPROVAL OF THE TIP TO FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION, FEDERAL TRANSIT ADMINISTRATION AND THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION BEFORE JULY 15TH.

THIS TIP WILL TAKE EFFECT ON OCTOBER 1ST EVERY YEAR.

BY FOLLOWING FEDERAL AND STATE REQUIREMENTS TO PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT FOR THE TIP TO BROWARD MPO RELEASED PUBLIC NOTICE ON NEWSPAPERS.

CHEN HIGHLIGHTED, YOU KNOW, IF IN 27 YOU DON'T HAVE ONE OF THOSE BECAUSE THEY'RE FULLY FUNDED AND I THINK SOUTHWEST 10TH DOES DROP OFF AND IS FULLY FUNDED BY THE TIME WE GET TO FISCAL 27, THAT COULD HAVE, IT'S JUST SPECULATION.

IF YOU KNOW WE HAVE AN AMENDMENT CYCLE FOR OUR METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION PLAN ONCE A YEAR, THAT DEADLINE IS STARTING TO COME UP ONCE AGAIN.

THERE'S A LOT OF FEDERAL DISCRETIONARY GRANT FUNDING THAT'S COMING OUT AS WELL THAT WILL LIKELY REQUIRE MORE MTP AMENDMENTS THIS CYCLE.

SOME AGENCIES HAVE ALREADY CONTACTED ME ABOUT THIS, SO I KNOW I'M LOOKING OVER AT YOU NICK.

ARE WE LOOKING TO PURSUE ANY FEDERAL DISCRETIONARY GRANTS THAT MAY REQUIRE PROJECTS TO BE IN THE MTP? AGAIN, THIS SHOULD GIVE YOU AT LEAST A BASELINE LEVEL OF INFORMATION HERE.

AND I LIKE TO AS WELL, BECAUSE IT GIVES YOU A GOOD IDEA OF WHERE WE ARE IN THE PROCESS IN TERMS OF OUR CORE PRODUCTS.

SO IN PARTICULAR, THIS ONE IS GOING TO BE FOR THE METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION PLAN.

THAT'S OUR LARGER 25 YEAR PLAN.

THAT BASICALLY IS THE FOUNDATION FOR EVERYTHING THAT WE DO AT THE MPO.

ANY PROJECT THAT IS TO BE FUNDED WITH FEDERAL DOLLARS OR STATE DOLLARS FOR THAT MATTER, MUST BE IN THE METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION PLAN.

SO HERE'S AN OVERVIEW OF WHAT AN MTP AMENDMENT IS, AND I'M GOING TO GO AHEAD AND GRAY OUT THE STUFF THAT IS STILL RELEVANT, BUT MAYBE NOT NECESSARILY FOR THE PRESENTATION.

SO YOU CAN SEE IF I READ IT HERE.

SO AN AMENDMENT INVOLVES A MAJOR CHANGE TO A PROJECT INCLUDED IN AN MTP TIP OR STATE TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM, INCLUDING THE ADDITION OR DELETION OF A PROJECT OR A MAJOR CHANGE. AND IT'S A REVISION THAT REQUIRES PUBLIC REVIEW AND RE DEMONSTRATION OF FISCAL CONSTRAINT.

YOU CAN READ THE STUFF IN BETWEEN.

IT BASICALLY JUST GIVES A LITTLE BIT MORE DEFINITION ABOUT WHAT DICTATES AN AMENDMENT.

BUT THAT'S SORT OF WHAT WE'RE TALKING ABOUT WHEN WE'RE ASKING FOR AMENDMENT REQUEST THAT DOESN'T MEET ANY OF THESE CRITERIA ADDING, DELETING OR CHANGING MAJOR ELEMENTS OF A PROJECT.

AND THEN IF WE DO, THAT'S GOING TO REQUIRE PUBLIC REVIEW.

AND WE ALSO THEN NEED TO DEMONSTRATE THAT THE PLAN IS STILL FISCALLY CONSTRAINED OVER THE 25 YEAR PERIOD.

SO IN JULY 11, 2020, THE MPO BOARD ESTABLISHED AN ANNUAL CYCLE FOR MTP AMENDMENT PROCESS.

AND ONE OF THE REASONS WHY WE DID THAT IS PRIOR TO THAT WE USED TO TAKE MTP AMENDMENTS ANY TIME DURING THE YEAR.

BUT WHAT WE FOUND IS THAT IN ORDER FOR AN MTP AMENDMENT REALLY TO TAKE EFFECT AND MOVE INTO OUR TRADITIONAL MULTI-MODAL PRIORITIES LIST AND TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM CYCLE, IT WAS REALLY MORE BENEFICIAL TO COLLECT ALL THE AMENDMENTS AT ONE TIME, PROCESS THEM AND GET THEM READY FOR THAT NEXT PROGRAMMING CYCLE RATHER THAN DOING IT ALL OUT OF ORDER. BECAUSE THEN SOME PROJECTS WOULD MAKE IT INTO THE NEXT CYCLE.

SOME PROJECTS MAY JUST MISS THE DATE AND THEN HAVE TO WAIT A FULL YEAR.

SO THIS WAS A WAY FOR US TO CONSOLIDATE AND MAKE SURE THAT ALL OF THE PROJECTS THAT ARE COMING IN FOR AN AMENDMENT CAN THEN ALSO BE ELIGIBLE FOR CONSIDERATION OF PROGRAMMING THAT FOLLOWING CYCLE.

THE GENERAL AMENDMENT PROCESS.

AND NOW THIS IS AFTER THE AMENDMENTS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE MPO.

AND THEN SECONDLY, WE ALSO HAVE, FROM AN ILLUSTRATIVE PERSPECTIVE, THERE ARE PROJECTS THAT ARE NOT NECESSARILY NEEDS AND THEY'RE NOT NECESSARILY COST FEASIBLE.

THEY END UP SOMEWHERE IN THE MIDDLE.

THEY'RE KIND OF IN PURGATORY A LITTLE BIT BECAUSE THEY MAY HAVE ALL THE LOCAL FUNDING THAT'S NECESSARY FOR A GRANT MATCH, BUT THEY HAVEN'T LEVERAGED ALL OF THE FEDERAL FUNDS YET. THEY HAVEN'T BEEN AWARDED THE FEDERAL GRANT FUNDS.

THOSE TEND TO BE MORE ILLUSTRATIVE RATHER THAN JUST STRAIGHT UP NEEDS, AND THAT ENSURES THAT THOSE PROJECTS CAN GET FUNDING ONCE THAT FUNDING HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED. SO THEY KIND OF SIT THERE AS A PLACEHOLDER.

THE OTHER THING THAT WE NEED TO CONSIDER WHEN WE'RE LOOKING AT MTP AMENDMENTS VERSUS JUST A TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AMENDMENT OR MODIFICATION FOR A LOCAL PROJECT SEEKING FEDERAL DISCRETIONARY GRANTS IS WHETHER THE PROJECT IS REGIONALLY SIGNIFICANT AND THIS IS A DEFINITION HERE FOR REGIONALLY SIGNIFICANT.

AND WE'RE REALLY ALSO LOOKING OUTSIDE OF THIS PREMO PLAN, THAT PIPELINE THAT I JUST DESCRIBED.

PREMO IS GOING TO SET THAT LONG TERM PREMIUM NETWORK, YOU KNOW, THAT LONG TERM GRID, ESSENTIALLY, YOU KNOW, OF WHERE WE'RE GOING TO HAVE THE MOST INTENSE HIGHEST CAPITAL PROJECT INVESTMENTS.

BUT THAT DOES NOT MEAN WE'RE NOT GOING TO BE MAKING INVESTMENTS ALL ACROSS THE SYSTEM, COUNTY WIDE ON ALL THE EXISTING LOCAL ROUTES AND LOOKING AT FIRST AND LAST MILE CONNECTIONS. SO TO THAT END, AS SOON AS PREMO ENDS, YOU KNOW, IN THE BEGINNING OF NEXT CALENDAR YEAR, WE'RE ACTUALLY GOING TO BE KICKING OFF WHAT WE CALL A COMPREHENSIVE OPERATIONAL ANALYSIS, AND THAT IS AN ANALYSIS THAT LOOKS AT THE ENTIRE STRUCTURE OF OUR ENTIRE SYSTEM.

AND WE'RE GOING TO BE LOOKING AT IT THROUGH THE LENS OF AS WE BRING IN AND BUILD THIS PREMIUM TRANSIT NETWORK, HOW DO WE BEST ADAPT OUR LOCAL SERVICE TO BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THOSE CONNECTIONS, YOU KNOW, INTO THAT PREMO NETWORK? SO WE'RE NOT JUST GOING TO LOOK AT PREMO IT'S GOING TO GO AFTER THAT.

AND THEN WE ALSO HAVE A COUPLE OF MOBILITY PILOT PROGRAMS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN APPROVED THROUGH THE SURTAX THAT WE'RE ALSO CURRENTLY WORKING ON.

ONE IS A LATE SHIFT PROGRAM THAT'S GOING TO PROVIDE FOLKS WHO WORK OVERNIGHT SHIFT ESSENTIALLY VOUCHERS TO BE ABLE TO USE TAXIS OR POTENTIALLY UBER OR LYFT, YOU KNOW, ON AFTER WORK HOURS TO BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THEM CONNECTIVITY TO AND FROM WORK.

THAT'S A PROGRAM WE'RE ALREADY WORKING ON THAT'S IN THE WINGS RIGHT NOW, WAITING TO BE IMPLEMENTED THIS YEAR.

SECONDLY, WE HAVE A MICRO TRANSIT PILOT PROGRAM THAT WE'RE GOING TO KICK OFF THAT'S GOING TO BE GOING THROUGH PROCUREMENT AND WE'LL PROBABLY KICK OFF IN THE NEXT FISCAL YEAR.

HOWEVER, WE WANT TO LAY THE FOUNDATION WITH THAT MICRO TRANSIT NETWORK FOR THOSE FIRST AND LAST MILE CONNECTIONS BECAUSE WE SEE MICRO TRANSIT AS A VERY, VERY POSSIBLE SOLUTION FOR FIRST AND LAST MILE ONCE WE GET HIGH CAPACITY PREMIUM TRANSIT BUILT THROUGHOUT THE COUNTY.

AND THIS WAY, THE IDEA IS THAT ONCE WE GET APPROVED FOR THE PLAN, WE CAN FORMULATE A PLAN WHICH CAN THEN LEAD TO THE IMPLEMENTATION SIDE, WHICH WOULD LEAD TO ACTUAL CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN PROJECTS.

SO YOU'RE SAYING THAT YOUR SUBMITTAL WAS BASED ON PROJECTS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SUBMITTED, BUT YET WE'RE NOT FUNDED OR I'M JUST SORT OF YOU KNOW, I HAVE TO TELL YOU, BECAUSE I'M TYING THIS A LITTLE BIT TO A PRIOR PRESENTATION YOU ALL MADE ABOUT BEING A MODIFICATION TO THE TIP.

RIGHT? BECAUSE THIS IS FEDERAL FUNDS.

THIS IS SEEMINGLY LIKE AN OPPORTUNITY TO GET FUNDING PRETTY QUICKLY IN THE SHORT TERM, I WOULD ASSUME WITHIN A YEAR'S TIMEFRAME, PROVIDING IT'S APPROVED.

SO IF WE ARE ABLE TO GET ULTIMATELY A POSITIVE COMMITMENT FROM THE COUNTY TO FUND THE LOCAL SHARE, AND I WILL SAY WE MET WITH THEM AGAIN TODAY AND STAFF IS IS VERY SUPPORTIVE.

WE HAVE SOME PLANNING DOCUMENTS THAT WE'VE YOU KNOW, WE'VE GOT OUR COMPLETE STREET MASTER PLAN.

I'M SURE THE COUNTY I'M SURE SOME OF THE CITIES HAVE SOME PLANS AS WELL.

WE'LL LOOK AT ALL OF THOSE AS A STARTING POINT.

BUT, YOU KNOW, BASICALLY EVERYTHING IS ON THE TABLE.

IT'S INTENDED TO BE A COLLABORATIVE PLANNING EXERCISE TO IDENTIFY STRONG CANDIDATES THAT WE CAN THEN PURSUE THE REAL PRIZE, WHICH WOULD BE THE CAPITAL FUNDS TO GO BUILD PROJECTS.

AND AGAIN, THERE ARE CERTAIN ADVANTAGES GIVEN IN FEDERAL LAW TO THE MPO, POTENTIALLY PURSUING SOME OF THOSE.

THERE'S HIGHER LEVELS AND CAPS, BUT AGAIN, WE'RE NOT A PROJECT DELIVERY ORGANIZATION.

SO I WOULD ANTICIPATE THAT PRIMARILY THOSE CONSTRUCTION GRANTS WOULD ULTIMATELY FUND PROJECTS THAT WE'VE BUILT BY LOCAL MUNICIPAL PARTNERS, INCLUDING COUNTY GOVERNMENT.

IT'S PROBABLY WHERE THE BULK OF THEM WIND UP.

BUT YES, SO THAT HOPEFULLY THAT GIVES YOU A BETTER OVERALL PICTURE OF WHERE WE'RE GOING WITH THIS.

AND WE HOPE TO BE ABLE TO PUT A SUCCESSFUL APPLICATION IN SEPTEMBER 15TH.

AND I'M NOT EXACTLY SURE WHEN THE AWARD WILL BE, BUT, YOU KNOW, GENERALLY IT'S ABOUT SIX MONTHS DOWN THE ROAD FROM THAT APPLICATION PROCESS.

SO WE'RE WORKING WITH THE COUNTY AND HOPE TO HAVE A SINGLE ENTITY TO BRING THE LOCAL FUNDING, THE 20% TO THE TABLE AND HAVE IT A JOINT EFFORT THAT WAY, AGAIN, IT'LL BE FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL THE MEMBER GOVERNMENTS WHEN WE DO THE STUDY.

SO MEANING IF THEY CONTRIBUTED 20% AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT GETS TO JUMP IN, THEN WE REIMBURSE THE COUNTY FOR THEIR 20% OR ARE WE LOCKED OUT? I JUST HATE TO.

SO YOU'RE YOU'RE LOCKED OUT OF FUNDING THE LOCAL MATCH.

BUT AS I EXPRESSED EARLIER, YOU'RE ABSOLUTELY IN ON THE COLLABORATIVE PLANNING PROCESS OF IDENTIFYING PROJECTS.

I'M PART OF THE MOBILITY TEAM AT THE BROWARD MPO.

TODAY, I'M GOING TO GO OVER WHERE ALL OF THE MOBILITY PROJECTS ENDED UP AT THE END OF THIS FISCAL YEAR FROM JULY 1ST OF 2021.

AND JUST FOR EVERYONE'S INFORMATION, THE MOBILITY PROJECTS I'M GOING TO BE GOING OVER ARE EITHER THE MPO MOBILITY COMPLETION [INAUDIBLE] FUND PROJECTS, THE TIGER PROJECTS AND THE CSLIP PROJECTS.

THIS IS OUR AMAZING PROCESS THAT WE HAVE IMPLEMENTED AT THE MPO.

THIS IS OUR IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS WHERE WE START WITH GETTING PROJECTS PROGRAM READY, WHERE WE HAVE A AGREED UPON SCOPE OF WORK FROM OUR PARTNERS.

WE ENSURE THAT PROJECTS THAT FALL IN CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS AND PROJECTS THAT FALL IN CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS BUT ARE ALONG OTHER FACILITY OWNER ROADWAYS, THAT WE ENSURE THAT THERE'S COLLABORATION BETWEEN BOTH THE PARTNERS.

WE MAKE SURE THAT THE IMPROVEMENTS THAT WE'RE MAKING IS WITHIN THE EXISTING RIGHT AWAY, ENSURE THAT WE HAVE A COST ESTIMATE AND WE HAVE DOCUMENTATIONS OF SUPPORT WHICH INCLUDES A RESOLUTION OF SUPPORT FROM THE COMMISSION.

AS WELL AS THAT WE HAVE SUPPORT FROM THE PUBLIC.

AND ONCE A PROJECT GETS PROGRAM READY, IT BECOMES ELIGIBLE FOR FUNDING AND IT GETS PROGRAMED.

AND IT GOES THROUGH THIS WHOLE PROCESS THAT YOU SEE ON THE SCREEN, AND EVENTUALLY IT GETS COMPLETED.

AND THEN THESE ARE OTHER VARIOUS ACTIVITIES THAT THE MPO IS INVOLVED WITH THROUGHOUT, ENSURE THAT THE PROJECTS ARE SUCCESSFUL.

SO IN THIS PAST YEAR OR AS OF RIGHT NOW FROM JULY 1ST OF LAST YEAR, WE HAVE TWO PROJECTS THAT ARE CURRENTLY PROGRAMED FOR $11 MILLION DOLLARS OF CONSTRUCTION FUNDS. WE HAVE 15 PROJECTS IN DESIGN, 9 PROJECTS CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION.

AND IN THIS PAST YEAR WE COMPLETED THREE PROJECTS FOR A TOTAL OF $20 MILLION DOLLARS, AND WE ALSO ADDED ABOUT 19 MILES OF MULTIMODAL FACILITIES TO THE EXISTING NETWORK. THIS IS JUST ONE OF THE PROJECTS THAT WE HAVE IN THE CITY OF DANIA BEACH AND CITY OF HOLLYWOOD, WHICH IS SOUTH WEST 40TH AVENUE, WHERE WE ARE WIDENING FOR BIKE LANES.

WE'RE DOING SOME SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS, SOME SIGNALIZATION IMPROVEMENTS.

AND YOU CAN SEE WHERE WE WERE ARMORING ONE OF THE CANALS IN ORDER TO DO THE WIDENING.

ANOTHER PROJECT THAT WE RECENTLY COMPLETED WAS THE OAKLAND PARK MOBILITY PROJECT, WHERE WE ADDED A BIKE LANE, SIDEWALKS, ADDED VARIOUS TYPES OF BICYCLE FACILITIES, AND FORT LAUDERDALE, LAUDERDALE BY THE SEA.

AND THEN IN THE CITY OF LAUDERHILL, AND THESE ARE JUST SOME OF THE BIKE LANE IMPROVEMENTS THAT WE MADE.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST IS THIS AMAZING LYONS ROAD PROJECT, WHICH WE COMPLETED THIS YEAR.

THIS ADDED FIVE MILES OF BIKE LANES AND SIDEWALKS THROUGH THE CITY OF COCONUT CREEK.

AND THIS IS ONE OF THE BIGGER PROJECTS THAT WE OR THIS IS THE BIGGEST PROJECT THAT WE COMPLETED THIS PAST YEAR IN TERMS OF LENGTH.

NEXT IS THE TIGER PROJECTS.

MANY OF YOU HAVE BEEN INVOLVED WITH ENSURING THAT THESE PROJECTS MOVE FORWARD AS INTENDED.

MANY OF THESE PROJECTS ARE GETTING CLOSE TO THE END OF CONSTRUCTION, AND WE'RE PROJECTING AS OF RIGHT NOW THAT THIS TIGER GRANT, WHICH WAS FOR $21.4 MILLION DOLLARS, WILL BE COMPLETED BY THE END OF THIS YEAR AND WE'LL BE ABLE TO ADD THIS TO THE COMPLETED NETWORK.

SO THESE ARE JUST SOME OF THE IMPROVEMENTS THAT WE WERE DOING ON POWERLINE ROAD.

THEY RECENTLY MILLED AND RESURFACED.

THEY'RE CURRENTLY PUTTING DOWN THE FINAL THERMAL OR THERMAL MARKINGS ALONG RIVERLAND ROAD.

WE DID SOME SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION [INAUDIBLE] 31ST AVENUE AS YOU CAN SEE ON THE SCREEN, WE WERE PUTTING DOWN SOME OF THE GREEN CONFLICT MARKINGS ALONG MLK BOULEVARD.

WE DID SOME PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE IMPROVEMENTS AND WE RECENTLY BROKE GROUND ON THE LAUDERDALE GREENWAY.

SO THIS IS HOW THAT LOOKS AS OF RIGHT NOW.

AND HOPEFULLY IN THE FUTURE YOU'RE GOING TO SEE A LOT OF NICE CONCRETE AND LANDSCAPING AND SOME NICE LIGHTING THROUGHOUT THIS AREA.

ALL RIGHT. AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, I'M GOING TO GO OVER THE CSLIP PROJECTS.

CURRENTLY IN THE APPROVED WORK PROGRAM THERE'S NO PROGRAM CSLIP PROJECTS.

HOWEVER, WE HAVE 22 PROJECTS THAT ARE CURRENTLY UNDER DESIGN.

FIVE PROJECTS HAVE MOVED TO CONSTRUCTION IN THIS PAST YEAR.

WE DID NOT COMPLETE ANY.

HOWEVER, IN THIS UPCOMING YEAR YOU'RE GOING TO SEE THAT CHANGE AND SO WE'LL HAVE SOME OF THE CYCLE ONES AND CYCLE TWO PROJECTS COMPLETED BY THEN.

I'M JUST GOING TO GO OVER TWO PROJECTS HERE, WHICH IS THE FIRST ONE IS MIRAMAR PARKWAY AND THE SOUTHWEST 184TH AVENUE MOBILITY IMPROVEMENTS ON MIRAMAR PARKWAY.

WE WERE WIDENING. WE ARE WIDENING FOR 6 TO 10 FOOT BUFFER BIKE LANES AND ALONG SOUTHWEST 184TH FROM BASS CREEK ROAD TO MIRAMAR PARKWAY, WE'RE INSTALLING A SHARED USE PATH ALONG ONE SIDE OF THE ROAD.

AND THEN THIS IS A PROJECT THAT THIS PAST YEAR BROKE GROUND IN THE CITY OF WESTON, WHICH IS THE WESTERN ROAD MOBILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT.

THERE'S THIS PROJECT AND THERE'S ALSO OTHER STATE ROAD 84 IMPROVEMENT PROJECT THAT HAD SOME INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS ALONG 84, WHERE WE'RE GOING TO BE, WHERE WE ARE INSTALLING SOME BIKE LANES AND SOME SIGNALIZATION IMPROVEMENTS, SOME PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS.
